Benches, Baskets, Etc.,9) Painting Of Game Lines On The Pitch, Painting Of Basketball Poles. Detailed Solutions For Individual Types Of Works Are Included In The Design (Technical) Documentation Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. A Lump-Sum Settlement Applies In The Proceedings In Question. The Attached Bills Of Quantities Are Auxiliary Elements And Are Not Binding For The Preparation Of The Offer Price. Underestimation, Omission And Failure To Recognize The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Cannot Be The Basis For Demanding A Change In The Lump Sum Remuneration. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform And Hand Over The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Legal Provisions, Polish Standards Or European Standards, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Art, And To Remove All Defects Occurring In This Subject During The Guarantee And Warranty Period And Undertakes To Hand Over The Subject Of This Contract.
