The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Pitch At Psp No. 3 In Brzeg, At Ul. Kamienna 2, Plot Numbers 291, 292 And 390/2, Centrum Area. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes, Among Others: A) Replacement Of The Surface And Substructure Of The Handball Court And Construction Of French Drainage, B) Replacement Of The Surface And Substructure Of The Basketball Court And Implementation Of French Drainage, C) Replacement Of The Surface And Substructure Four-Track Athletics Track And Construction Of French Drainage, D) Replacement Of The Surface And Substructure Of The Long Jump Inrun And Construction Of French Drainage, E) Renovation Of A 4.0 M High Mesh Fence - Replacement Of The Mesh, Tensions And Local Painting, F) Construction Of Small Architecture, Which Includes The Installation Of: Benches, Garbage Cans, Bicycle Racks With Double-Sided Mounting In The Form Of An Inverted U. Detailed Scope Of Work Tasks And The Minimum Requirements For Polyurethane Surfaces For Running Tracks And Sports Fields Are Specified In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Of Individual Industries, Detailed Design, Architectural And Construction Design And Supporting Documents, Which Are Bills Of Quantities Of Construction Works For Individual Parts And Industries. The Ordering Party Has All The Decisions And Permits Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Construction Site In A Way That Prevents Access By Unauthorized Persons. The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Damage Caused During The Execution Of Tasks. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Repair Them, And In Case Of Refusal, The Ordering Party Will Order Repairs To Be Carried Out At The Contractors Expense. When Implementing The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Only Construction Products That Will Ensure That The Constructed Structure Meets The Basic Requirements Referred To In Article 5(1)(1) Of The Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended) And Which Have Been Placed On The Market In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Construction Products (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1213) And Implementing Regulations And Meet The Requirements Of The Design Documentation And Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. The Characteristics Of The Materials Must Be Uniform And Comply With The Specified Requirements, And The Dispersion Of These Characteristics Must Not Exceed The Permissible Tolerance Range. If Any Indications Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Appear In The Swz, Design Documentation Or Bills Of Quantities, They Determine The Minimum Quality Standard Of Materials Or Devices Accepted For Valuation.
