The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of An Internal Road Located In Plot No. 480, 493/4 And 498/4, Krynica Słotwiny Area (Side From Ul. Słotwińska). The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: The Following Elements Of The Work: 1) Mechanical Construction Of The Bed; 2) Construction Of The Lower Layer Of The Foundation; 3) Construction Of The Upper Layer Of The Foundation; 4) Construction Of An Asphalt Concrete Surface; 5) Installation Of Curbs; 6) Construction Of A Curbside Drain; 7) Dismantling Of Concrete Structures; 8) Construction Of A Retaining Wall; 9) Installation Of Prefabricated Drainage Channels. The Scope Of The Order Is Detailed In The Design Documentation - Appendix No. 7 To The Swz And Stwiorb - Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Contractor Must Offer At Least A 5-Year Warranty Period For Physical Defects And A Quality Guarantee For The Entire Subject Of The Contract.
