The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction Works Consisting In The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Renovation Of Water Reservoir No. 4 For Small Retention In The Center Of Wólka Skotnicka. The Contractor Is Obliged To Renovate The Water Reservoir By Performing Works, Among Others: Desilting The Bottom Of The Reservoir, Renovating The Water Monk, Strengthening And Profiling The Slopes, Hardening With Openwork Slabs And Developing The Area Around The Reservoir. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Made Of The Contractors Materials. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In The Annexes To The Swz, I.E.: Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 11, Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Constituting Annex No. 13 To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwior).
