Tenders Are Invited For Delivery, Assembly, Configuration And Launch Of A Queuing System For Managing Customer Traffic At The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship Office In Bydgoszcz

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Installation, Configuration And Launch Of Brand New Devices, Monitors And System And Database Software, Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As The System, Enabling The Management Of Customer (Business) Traffic At The Headquarters Of The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship Office In Bydgoszcz At Ul. Konarskiego 1-3, As Well As The Contractors Provision Of Technical Support And Maintenance Services For The Delivered System.2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To: 1) Deliver Hardware And Software To The Ordering Partys Headquarters; 2) Install Devices And Cabling, Including Queuing System Devices (Ticket Machines, Drivers), Collective (Large-Format) Monitors And Workstation Monitors (Displays); 3) Install System, Database And Application Software As Well As Integrate And Configure System Elements; 4) Provide The Ordering Party (Or Ensure That The Manufacturer Grants) A Non-Exclusive, Perpetual, Non-Terminable License, Covering Specific Fields Of Use For The Supplied Software, Enabling The Ordering Party To Fully Use The Functionality Of The System And Providing The Necessary License Keys; 5) Conducting Training For The Ordering Partys Employees In The Operation And Administration Of The System, Which Will Take Place At Places And Dates Agreed With The Ordering Party In Working Mode; 6) Carrying Out Acceptance Tests Of The System After Completing The Installation And Configuration Of Devices And Software; 7) Providing The Ordering Party With All Documents Necessary For The Operation Of The System, As Well As Warranty Documents And As-Built Documentation Along With Instructions And Other Documents Referred To In The Annex To The Swz Entitled Description Of The Subject Of The Order; 8) Providing Comprehensive Technical Support And System Maintenance Services (Sla), Including The Software Of The Delivered System, In Accordance With The Detailed Conditions Specified In The Annex To The Swz Entitled Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Regardless Of The Warranty Service). The Remuneration For Providing The Technical Support And Maintenance Services For The System Referred To In This Point Is Included In The Total Remuneration For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. A Detailed Description And Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Swz With Annexes.
