1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Green Public Space Infrastructure In Zamość. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled Revitalization And Monitoring Of Public Space, Which Is Co-Financed Under The European Funds For Lublin Voivodeship 2021 - 2027 Program, Measure 11.2 Protection Of Natural Heritage, Safety And Sustainable Development Of Tourism Of Urban Areas And Their Functional Areas Under Integrated Territorial Investments (Types 1, 2, 3), Priority Xi Territorially Sustainable Development.3. The Investment Task In Question Includes: 1) Development Of Public Space In One Quarter Of The New Town Square In Zamość. The Area Intended For The Investment Is Located Within The B Zone Of Conservation Protection Of Preserved Historic Elements (100%); 2) Creating A Recreation Area Using Elements Of Green Infrastructure In The Green Area Over Łabuńka From The Side Of Weteranów Street In Zamość; 3) Greening The Bus Stop While Maintaining The Existing Structure And Sealing The Ground At Al. John Paul Ii In Zamość.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Investment Are Included In: 1) Land Development Project - Construction Of Green Infrastructure Of Public Spaces In Zamość, 2) Executive Design - Construction Of Green Infrastructure Of Public Spaces In Zamość, 3) Land Development Project - Construction Of Green Infrastructure Of Public Spaces In Zamość - Revision 4) Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 9 And 10 To The Swz, And Later Constituting An Annex To The Contract And Being Its Integral Part. 5. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including Technical And Construction Regulations, And In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice, Polish Standards, And National Technical Assessments.6. The Order Excludes The Works Planned To Be Carried Out On Plot No. 188 In Sheet No. 58, I.E. Construction Of A Green Area In The Sighisoary Boulevard Location (Near The Volleyball Court) - Item No. 2 Of The Bill Of Quantities And Action Regarding The Green Stop - Item No. 4 Of The Bill Of Quantities.7. For The Purposes Of Interpretation, Documents Will Have Priority, In Accordance With The Following Order: 1) Contract Concluded Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party, 2) Specification Of The Terms Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order Or Swz), 3) Design Documentation.8. The Ordering Party Informs That The Documents Listed In Point 7 Point 3 And The Contract And Swz Complement Each Other.
