The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of Parking Bays As Part Of The Investment Task: Reconstruction Of Harcerska Street In Parczew In The Scope Of Construction Of Parking Bays From Ul. Deszczowa To Ul. Polna.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes, In Particular: - Construction Of A Parking Bay With A Concrete Pavement; - Construction Of Lighting For The Planned Pedestrian Crossings Along The Municipal Road; - Supplementation And Reconstruction Of Horizontal And Vertical Markings.3. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation, 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), 3) Bills Of Quantities. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 4.4 Swz And Stwiorb. Bills Of Quantities Are Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence, During The Execution Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Of Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 4.4 Of The Swz And Stwiorb. If The Content Of The Design Documentation And Stwiorb Contain Any Provisions Regarding The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, E.G. Rules For The Introduction Of Additional Or Replacement Works, Acceptance Of Works, Method Settlements That Are Not Reflected In The Content Of This Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement Or Are Inconsistent With Them, The Provisions Of The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement Constituting An Annex To The Swz Should Be Accepted As Binding.
