The Subject Of The Order Are General Construction, Demolition And Security Renovations Performed On Buildings Constituting The Municipal Resource Of The Commune, Managed And Administered By The Housing Management Department, Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego In Częstochowa Spółka Z O.O. Street Polskiej Agencja Wojskowej 24, 42-200 Częstochowa, Performed On The Basis Of Orders Issued By The Ordering Party, Containing The Exact Address Of The Premises And Building Along With Specifying The Scope Of Works Necessary To Be Performed.2. The Scope Of Implementation Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Determined By The Bills Of Quantities - Annex No. 8A And 8B To The Swz And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) Constituting - Annex No. 9 To The Swz. In The Offer Price, The Contractor Must Include All Costs Necessary To Complete The Order, Resulting Directly From The Swz, As Well As Those Not Included In It, And Without Which The Order Cannot Be Performed. 3. Acting In Accordance With Art. 95 Section 1 And 2 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractors To Employ, Under An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing The Following Activities Within The Scope Of Contract Execution, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code, Including: 1) The Ordering Party Requires That All Persons Performing The Subject Of The Order Will Perform Actual Activities, I.E. Construction Worker - Occupation Code 71, According To The Classification Of Professions And Specialties Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy Of August 7, 2014 On The Classification Of Professions And Specialties For The Needs Of The Labor Market And The Scope Of Its Application (Journal Of Laws Laws Of 2014, Item 1145, As Amended) Related To The Subject Of The Order Described In The Bill Of Quantities And Stwiorb, Were Employed On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, 2) The Contractor Or Subcontractor Employs The Above-Mentioned Persons For The Period Of Execution Of The Order.
