The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of An Existing Playground Located At The Water Sports Center In Żnin In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Applicable Legal Regulations, Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Preparatory, Earthwork, Assembly, Finishing And Cleaning Works Necessary To Achieve A Complete Usable And Functional Effect. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Works In A Way That Ensures The Safety Of Users, The Durability Of The Solutions Used And The Preservation Of High Aesthetic Values Of The Facility. The Detailed Scope Of Work To Be Performed Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, As Well As The Design Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, Constituting Annexes To The Swz. The Scope Of Works Is Included In The Bill Of Quantities, Which Is Also An Annex To The Swz And An Auxiliary Element For Calculating The Final - Offer Price. The Contractor Of The Works Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Works Performed And Compliance Of The Workmanship. With Design Documentation, Applicable Standards, Technical Conditions For The Performance Of Construction And Assembly Works And Construction Practice.
