A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Sst) And The Bill Of Quantities. 4. Final Remarks: 1) The Contractor Will Perform Construction Works In Accordance With The Conditions For Execution And Acceptance Of Works Specified In The Sst, With Due Care, In Accordance With Currently Applicable Regulations, Technical Norms, Standards, Principles Of Construction Practice, Professional Ethics And The Terms Of The Draft Contract /Appendix No. 7/, 2) The Contractor Will Provide Appropriate Security And Marking Of The Works On His Own, 3) During The Implementation Of The Works, The Contractor Will Maintain The Construction Site In A Condition Free From Traffic Obstacles And Will Remove And Store All Auxiliary Devices On Its Own And At Its Own Expense,4) The Contractor Will Be Fully Liable For Damages And Consequences Of Accidents Of Employees And Third Parties Arising In Connection With The Construction Works Carried Out In The Period From The Date Of The Protocol Takeover Of The Construction Site By The Contractor To The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works,5.
