1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase And Delivery Of A Backhoe Loader With Accessories For The Civil Defense Needs Of The City Of Wysokie Mazowieckie. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1A To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: Delivery, Transport, Unloading To The Pickup Place Indicated By The Ordering Party And Training Of People In The Operation Of The Equipment.3. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Complete, Unused, Undamaged, Free From Defects, Fully Operational, Unencumbered By The Rights Of Third Parties And Is Not The Subject Of Any Court (Enforcement) Proceedings Or Security, And Must Also Comply With Applicable Standards And Have The Necessary Certificates And Approvals In Accordance With Applicable Law.4. These Documents Will Be Provided To The Ordering Party Before Signing The Acceptance Protocol. 5. The Contractor Will Inform The Ordering Party About The Delivery Date At Least 2 Business Days Before Its Planned Commencement.6. The Seller Provides A Warranty For The Subject Of The Order: Min. 24 Months. The Warranty Covers Service, All Faults, Defects And Damage Detected During Use Of The Delivered Item. (The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers.)7. The Order Is Being Implemented With The Participation Of Funds From The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. In The Absence Of Funding, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Cancel The Tender Pursuant To Art. 310(1) Of The Public Procurement Law.
