The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of A Gala Summarizing The Competition Employer - Organizer Of Safe Work And The Presentation Of Awards And Distinctions Of The Chief Labor Inspector, In Accordance With Appendix No. 2 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Description Of The Subject Of The Agreement - Appendix No. 1 To The Agreement) And Appendix No. 8 To The Swz Contract Template. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Elements:1.1. Providing Scenographic Setting And Technical Service,1.2. Providing Conference Services,1.3. Implementation Of The Concert, 1.4. Providing Catering Services,1.5. Providing The Service Of Making Statuettes, 1.6. Providing Accident Insurance For Participants And Organizers Of The Gala, 1.7. Implementation Of The Engraving Service, 1.8. Printing Service.2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Service, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Complete The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Does Not Include:2.1. Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security;2.2. An Ict Product, The Type Of Which Was Determined In The Decision To Recognize The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Services Or Ict Processes Specified In This Decision. Failure To Meet The Above Requirement Results In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17 Or Point 19 Of The Public Procurement Law.
