1 The Subject Of The Order Includes A 12-Month Successive Supply Of Meat, Poultry And Cold Cuts For Spzoz In Wolsztyn. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Assortment, Quantity And Price Form - Packages 1-4). .2 The Subject Of The Contract Was Divided Into 4 Independent Tasks/Packages. The Contractor May Submit An Offer For Any Number Of Parts. However, The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor, When Submitting His Offer, Include All Assortment Items In Individual Packages. It Is Not Possible To Omit Items From The Package. Omission Of An Item Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Pzp.
