The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of The Concept Of A Local Spatial Development Plan For The Śródmieście-Centrum Area In Trzebinia, 2) Preparation Of An Ecophysiographic Study; 3) Preparation Of A Draft Local Spatial Development Plan For The Śródmieście-Centrum Area In Trzebinia, 4) Preparation Of An Environmental Impact Forecast; 5) Preparation Of Formal And Legal Documentation.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes All Works, Materials And Services Necessary For Its Comprehensive Implementation In Accordance With The Law, In Particular The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 538, As Amended).4. Characteristics Of The Area Covered By The Study: 1) The Area Covered By The Plan Is Approximately 195 Ha; 2) The Area Is Covered By The Local Spatial Development Plan For The Śródmieście - Centrum In Trzebinia Area Approved By Resolution No. Xiii/126/Vi/2011 Of The Trzebinia City Council Of September 9, 2011 (Official Journal Of The Małopolska Voivodeship No. 500 Of October 25, 2011, Item 4874) As Amended,3) The Commune Has A Strategy For The Development Of The Supra-Local Municipal Functional Area Of Chrzanów 2021-2027 With A Perspective Until 2030 (Resolution No. 5/2025 Of The General Meeting Of Members Of The Aglomeracja Chrzanowska Association Of June 23, 2025).5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Included In Annex A To This Terms Of Reference.7. Cpv Code: 71410000-5, 71400000-28. The Detailed Scope Of The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Is Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Template Contract) Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.9. Before Submitting An Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Read The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order, The Subject Of The Order, The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, As Well As Obtain Other Necessary Information Needed To Prepare The Offer.10. The Contractor Included In The Offer The Data Provided By The Ordering Party.11. Documents Prepared In A Foreign Language Must Be Submitted With A Translation Into Polish, Certified By The Contractor.12. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding The Contract Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 And 8 Of The Pzp.13 Act. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor.
