1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Power Generator With A Minimum Power Of 450 Kva / 360 Kw, Brand New, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2026.2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025/2026.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To Swz.4. Pursuant To Art. 16B Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Only Allows The Delivery Of Goods That Come From Eu Member States And Countries That Are Covered By The World Trade Organization Agreement On Government Procurement (Gpa) Or Other International Agreements Guaranteeing Access To The Public Procurement Market On The Basis Of Reciprocity And Equality, To Which The European Union Is A Party. An Offer For The Supply Of Goods, Performance Of Construction Works Or Services Originating From A Country That Is Not A Member Of The Eu, Gpa And A Country That Is Not A Party To The Above. International Agreements, Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law The Origin Of The Goods Is Determined In Accordance With Art. 60 Of Regulation (Eu) No 952/2013 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 9 October 2013 Establishing The Union Customs Code (Oj Eu L 269 Of 10/10/2013, P. 1, As Amended), According To Which Goods Wholly Obtained In A Given Country Or Territory Are Considered To Originate In That Country Or Territory (Paragraph 1), And A Good In The Production Of Which More Than One Country Or Territory Is Involved Shall Be Deemed To Originate In The Country Or Territory In Which The Good Has Undergone Its Last Substantial, Economically Justified Processing Or Working, In An Undertaking Adapted For That Purpose, Resulting In The Manufacture Of A New Product Or Constituting An Essential Stage Of Manufacture (Paragraph 2).
