1. The Subject Of The Order Is: A) Providing Bus Transport Services (Delivery And Pick-Up) Of Disabled Youth, Including Those In Wheelchairs (Maximum 4 In One Vehicle), To The Special School Complex In Wolsztyn. The Routes And Courses Are Specified In The Annex To The Agreement Referred To In Chapter Iv Below. When Calculating The Value Of The Order, The Estimated Number Of Kilometers Of 52,696 Km During The Duration Of The Contract Should Be Assumed. B) Organization And Provision Of Care For Children And Young People During Transport (Delivery And Pickup) By The Contractor On The Terms Described In The Contract Referred To In Chapter Iv Below. C) The Contractor Is Obliged To Accept, Accept And Fulfill The Following Conditions For The Execution Of The Order Regarding The Safety Of Transport Of Children By School Transport: 1) Compliance With The Provisions Of The Act Of November 15, 1984, Transport Law (Journal Of Laws 2024.1262, I.E. Of 2024/08/21);2) Compliance With The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws 2024.1251, I.E. Of 2024/08/19). D) The Contractor Is Obliged To Insure The Buses Used To Carry Out The Order And Passengers Against Any Damage Occurring During Transport And Remaining In In Connection With The Transport.E) The Means Of Transport Intended For Transport Must Be Technically Efficient, Have Up-To-Date Technical Tests, Must Be Kept In Appropriate Cleanliness While Maintaining The Internal And External Aesthetics Of The Vehicles.F) The Ordering Party Reserves The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Transport Disabled Youth By Bus (Delivery And Pickup) Of Disabled Youth, Including Those In Wheelchairs (Maximum 4 In One Vehicle), To The Special School Complex In Wolsztyn - On All Routes Covered By The Order (Article 121 Of The Public Procurement Law).
