The Subject Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Implementation Of The Service, Starting From Carrying Out A Site Visit, Inventory And Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of Buildings And Basement Rooms, Through Preparing The Necessary Opinions, Expert Opinions, Research And Analyses, Up To The Development Of Complete, Multi-Discipline Design Documentation Along With Cost Estimate Documentation And Obtaining The Arrangements, Opinions, Consents, Notifications And Administrative Decisions Required By Law. The Wieniawa Commune Plans To Prepare Design Documentation For The Adaptation Of Basement Rooms Located In Two Existing Public Buildings: 1. Building Of The Commune Office In Wieniawa At Ul. Preparation Of Documentation Will Be Carried Out As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Adaptation Of Basements Located Under The Commune Office In Wieniawa And The Public Primary School In Wieniawa For The Needs Of Emergency Shelters - Preparation Of Design Documentation. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Preparation Of The Necessary Studies, Analyses, Opinions And Expertise, Determining The Technical, Construction And Functional Possibilities Of Adapting Existing Basement Rooms And Developing Documentation Enabling Their Adaptation To Serve As Places For Emergency Shelter. Shelter (Mds), In Accordance With Applicable Law, Technical Standards And Requirements Of The Competent Authorities. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Obtain All Required Arrangements, Opinions, Consents, Conditions, Notifications And Administrative Decisions Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Planned Project. Before Submitting The Offer, The Contractor Should Take Into Account The Possibility Of Conducting An On-Site Visit.
