The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of A Training Seminar, Carried Out As Part Of The Project: Building Mental Resilience To Crisis Situations - Strengthening The Potential Of Ukrainian Police Psychologists In Providing Effective Psychological Assistance Financed By The Multiannual Development Cooperation Program For 2021-2030. Solidarity For Development.2. The Proceedings In Question Include In Particular: Accommodation And Meals For Training Participants, Transport Of Participants From And To The Airport, Insurance For Participants, Rental Of Training Rooms, Translation Services And Training And Promotional Materials - For 9 Training Participants (3 People From Poland And 6 People From Ukraine). 3. The Detailed Scope Of Services Is Specified In Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz (Price Form - Description Of The Subject Of The Order) And In The Contract Template, Which Constitute Appendices To The Swz.4. The Public Procurement Procedure Is Conducted On The Basis Of Art. 359 Point 2 Of The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 793), Hereinafter Referred To As The Act, In The Basic Mode Referred To In Art. 275 Point 1 Of The Act. The Subject Of The Contract Are Social Services And Other Specific Services In Accordance With Art. 359 Point 2 Of The Act. The Order Is Part Of A Larger Order With A Total Value Less Than The Equivalent Of Eur 750,000, But Not Less Than The Equivalent Of Pln 170,000 Net.
