Iii. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1. The Subject Of The Order Are Services Consisting In The Successive Performance Of Current Repairs And Maintenance Of Vehicles And Their Components (Including Regeneration Of Components) In The Quantities And Time Resulting From Current Needs And According To The Indications Of On-Board Fitness Control Systems, As Well As The Mileage And Operating Time Of Vehicles In The Records Of The Krakow Emergency Medical Service And Services Consisting In Repairs Of The Ordering Partys Vehicles Damaged As A Result Of Road Collisions And Other Random Events, Which Will Be Performed In Accordance With With The Scope Of Activities Specified By The Insurer Or The Ordering Party. Repairs Will Be Performed At The Request Of The Ordering Party In Quantities And Times Resulting From The Current Needs And Operating Time Of Vehicles In The Records Of The Krakow Emergency Service, With The Reservation That: 1) The Ordering Party Has Its Own Vehicle Service Station, Where It Performs Ongoing Repairs And Maintenance Of Vehicles In The Records Of The Krakow Emergency Service; 2) Due To The Nature Of The Ordering Partys Business And, Therefore, The Specificity Of The Vehicles It Owns And The Services Provided Within Guaranteed Health Services Financed From Public Funds, Such As Emergency Medical Services And Sanitary Transport, The Subject Of The Contract Are The Services Referred To In Point 1 To The Extent Beyond The Capabilities Of The Companys Own Vehicle Service Station.
