The Equipment Offered Must Be Brand New And Unused, Come From Current Production (Year Of Production: Not Earlier Than 2025), And Have Appropriate Certificates Allowing It To Be Sold And Used In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Free Warranty Service Of The Equipment.2) The Scope Of The Order Includes: Purchase And Delivery Of Equipment To The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Including Unloading And Bringing It To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In Annexes No. 2A And 2B To The Swz; The Ordering Party Requires That The Service Offered, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Complete The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Does Not Include: - Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; - An Ict Product Whose Type Was Specified In The Decision To Recognize The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of July 5, 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Or Ict Services Or Ict Processes Specified In This Decision. Failure To Meet The Above Requirement Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17 Or Point 19 Of The Public Procurement Law4) Order Completion Date: Up To 30 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.
