The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Backhoe Loader As Part Of The Implementation Of Own Tasks Related To Civil Protection And Civil Defense Carried Out Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. The Equipment Must Be Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects. The Subject Of The Order Must Include All Requirements Indicated In The Swz And Annexes In Full. All Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order Indicated In The Tor And Annexes Should Be Treated As Minimum. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Delivered Directly To The Place And On The Date Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Damage Occurring During Transport. The Contractor Is Obliged To Mark The Backhoe Loader In Accordance With The Applicable Guidelines For Visual Identification Of Equipment And Accessories Intended For Civil Protection And Civil Defense Services. In The Case Of The Delivery Of A Backhoe Loader, The Contractor Is Obliged To Place An Information And Promotional Sticker In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 7, 2021 On Determining Information Activities Undertaken By Entities Carrying Out Tasks Financed Or Co-Financed From The State Budget Or State Special Funds (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 953). The Scope Of Delivery, Detailed Specification And Requirements For The Subject Of The Order Are Indicated In Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Hereinafter Referred To As The Opz, As Well As In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. Detailed Requirements To Be Met By The Offered Equipment Are Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz Opz. The Order Will Be Co-Financed From A Targeted Subsidy Resulting From The Population And Civil Defense Program. The Subject Of The Order Includes All Devices, Elements, Equipment, Fixtures And Accessories Specified In The Description Of The Subject Orders (Opz), Necessary For The Complete And Correct Execution Of The Order And Achieving Full Functionality Of The Solutions Provided. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects And Must Have Appropriate Attestations, Certificates, Quality Certificates Or Other Documents Authorizing Use. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Entire Scope, Including The Course And Timely Execution Of The Order. Due Diligence Is Required In The Implementation Of Contractual Obligations. The Price Of The Offer Includes Transport And Training For A Group Of Operators At The Date And Place Designated By The Ordering Party.
