1) Preparing Draft Decisions On Development Conditions And Decisions On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments In Accordance With The Spatial Planning And Development Act Of March 27, 2003 (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 538). 2) Consultations And Analyzes Referred To In § 3.1 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of August 26, 2003 On The Method Of Determining The Requirements For New Development And Land Development In The Absence Of A Local Spatial Development Plan (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1116).3) Preparing Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment And Decisions On Establishing The Development Conditions Within 2 Weeks From The Date Of Delivery By The Ordering Party Of Complete Applications With Annexes.4) Preparing Draft Decisions On Establishing The Development Conditions For The Development Referred To In Article 29(1)(1A) Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended) Within 7 Days From The Date Of Delivery Of Complete Applications By The Ordering Party.
