1. The Subject Of The Order Are Successive Catering Services, The So-Called Coffee Break During Training For Management And Administrative Staff Of The Koszalin University Of Technology Carried Out To The Extent Specified In The Terms Of Reference (Swz), The Offer Form Constituting Appendix No. 1 And The Price Form Constituting Attachment No. 2 To The Swz.2. Number Of Training Days: 2363. Number Of Coffee Breaks: 472 (2 Breaks In One Training Day - The Hours Of Coffee Breaks Will Be Indicated By The Ordering Party).4. Duration Of 1 Training: 6-8 Hours/Day (7.30-15.30)5. Total Number Of Participants: Maximum 3,052 People6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Price Form (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz).7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Scope Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order By 20%. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party In This Respect. 8. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Training Days, The Number Of Coffee Breaks And The Number Of Participants Depending On The Actual Needs And Progress Of The Project.9. The Service Will Be Provided Successively Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Current Training Schedule Organized By The Ordering Party. The Order Includes The Provision Of Service For All Coffee Breaks Planned Under The Project, And Individual Services Will Be Provided Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party Resulting From The Training Schedule. Detailed Deadlines For The Implementation Of Individual Services Will Be Agreed With The Contractor After Signing The Contract. The Ordering Party Will Each Time Provide Information Regarding The Date Of The Training, The Number Of Participants And Any Special Nutritional Needs Or Requirements Related To Availability At Least 7 Days In Advance.10. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Need To Coordinate Different Contractors Performing Individual Parts Of The Contract Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Contract, As Well As Cause Excessive Technical Difficulties Or Excessive Costs Of Contract Performance. The Subject Of The Order Is Adapted To Be Carried Out By Small And Medium-Sized Entities.11. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks.12. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. In Such A Case, The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate (In The Offer) The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide Their Names, If They Are Already Known At This Stage.
