The Subject Of The Order Is Hotel And Restaurant Services For The Implementation Of A 2-Day Conference For Municipal Representatives For Addictions From The Lesser Poland Voivodeship In November 2026 In A Hotel Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Municipality Of Kraków (Lesser Poland Voivodeship). As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide: A) Accommodation With Breakfast, B) Continuous Coffee Buffet, C) Lunches, D) Dinner, E) Conference Room With Equipment, F) Reception And Conference Venue Marking, G) Parking Spaces (Min. 25). 2. The Hotel In Which The Training Will Be Organized On The Day Of Submitting Offers Should Have A Category Assigned By The Voivodeship Marshal Of At Least Three Stars (Or Higher According To The Contractors Offer) Within The Meaning Of The Act Of August 29, 1997 On Hotel Services And The Services Of Tour Guides And Tourist Guides (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1944, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy And Labor Of August 19, 2004 On Hotel Facilities And Other Facilities Where Hotel Services Are Provided (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 2166) And Be Adapted For People With Disabilities. 3. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Included In The Content Of This Contract - The Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Contract Contract.
