The Subject Of The Order Is To Prepare And Conduct Stationary Training In The Field Of Cybersecurity For 90 Employees Of The Municipal Office In Kolbuszowa (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ordering Party). The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Final Number Of Participants Within ± 2 People Compared To The Number Indicated Above, Without Affecting The Contractors Remuneration Specified In The Contract.2. The Ordering Party Informs That The Subject Of The Order Is A Vocational Education Service Financed Entirely From Public Funds. Therefore, In Accordance With Art. 43 Section 1 Point 29 Letter C Of The Act Of 11 March 2004 On Tax On Goods And Services (Vat), The Service Is Exempt From Vat. The Contractor, If The Conditions Arising From Applicable Legal Provisions Are Met, Should Take The Above Into Account When Calculating The Offer Price And Issuing The Sales Document.3.
