The Contract Concerns Architects Services Relating To The Renovation Of Buildings In The Bourdonnette District (493 Apartments) Built Between 1966 And 1974. The Renovation Work Concerns: * Sanitary Installations And Kitchens Of The Housing * Roofs Of The Buildings * Locksmithing/Joinery Of The Facades Of The Ground Floors * Fronts Of The Shops And Canopies The Services To Be Carried Out Cover The Pre-Project And Project Phases Of The Work, Request For Authorization, Call For Tenders And Execution Of The Works (Excluding Works Management) In Accordance With Sia Regulations 102 And 112. Works Management Services Will Be Provided By The Project Manager.
