Engineering Design Services – Development Of Complete Design Documentation For The Task Entitled Construction Of A Water Reservoir With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure In The Town Of Hrubieszów, Lublin Voivodeship. 4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Development Of Complete Design Documentation With The Necessary Annexes, An Investors Cost Estimate And Providing Authors Supervision Over The Project For The Task Titled: Construction Of A Water Reservoir With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure In The Town Of Hrubieszów, Lublin Voivodeship Along With Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And Administrative Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of The Task In Question. 4.2. The Scope Of The Study Was Adopted In Accordance With Variant Ii Of The Program And Spatial Concept Developed In 2022 By Hydron, Ul. Jastrzębowskiego 22 P. 14, 02-786 Warszawa. This Variant Was Recommended By The Concept Developer, The Ordering Party And By The Polish Waters State Water Management, Regional Water Management Board In Lublin And The Polish Waters Catchment Board In Biała Podlaska. However, The Spatial Program Concept Constituting An Annex To This Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constitutes Auxiliary Documentation - It Does Not Constitute A Mandatory Basis For Design. 4.3. The Development Of Design Documentation Should Be Based On Current Data, In Particular: • Results Of Geodetic Measurements Performed In The Applicable Horizontal And Vertical Reference Systems, • Detailed Field Inventory, • Identification Of Soil And Water Conditions, • Analysis Of Existing Infrastructure And Environmental And Formal And Legal Conditions, • Analysis Of The Occurrence Of Climatic Phenomena (E.G. Drought), • Expectations Of The Ordering Party As To The Scope Of Planned Design Solutions. 4.4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Basis For The Design Be A Comprehensive Analysis Of The Area And The Actual Technical And Design Possibilities Of Implementing The Investment Plan, Which Is The Construction Of A Water Reservoir. 4.5. The Design Solution Should Take Into Account The Technical Conditions As Well As The Functional Expectations Of The Investment As Best As Possible. Moreover, The Design Should Include Solutions That Increase The Attractiveness And Functionality Of The Space. 4.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Appendix No. 1 To The Swz And The Draft Agreement - Appendix No. 2 To The Swz.
