The Service Includes The Consultants Duties In Accordance With The Agreement, Based On The General Terms And Conditions And The Wsk, In Particular: A) Supervising And Verifying The Contractors Documents, Their Completeness, Mutual Compliance, Making Control Calculations To Find Possible Errors, B) Management, Investor Supervision And Control Over The Implementation Of The Works Until The Date Of Issuance Of The Final Payment Certificate, C) Conducting Information And Promotional Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project And Cooperation In This Regard With Ordering Parties, Including, Among Others: With The Branch Director, Project Manager And The Communication Position In The Gddkia Branch, D) Fulfilling The Obligations Arising From The Procedures Contained In The Current Requirements/Guidelines For Investments Co-Financed From Eu Funds And The Beneficiarys Current Procedures For The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Program For Gddkia, Feniks 2021-2027), E) Provision Investor Supervision Services Over The Implementation Of Construction Works And Participation In Warranty Inspections And Supervising The Removal Of Possible Faults/Defects Found In Warranty Inspections, Under The Concluded Contract, F) Supporting The Ordering Party As A Loyal And Conscientious Advisor In All Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project, G) Supervising The Contractors Documents And Works In The Scope Of Additional Tasks Necessary To Perform The Contract, Arising During The Implementation Of The Contract - Granted On The Basis Of The Procurement Law Act Public, H) Constant Monitoring, Conducting And Resolving Matters Related To The Proper Execution By Individual Contractors Of The Contractors Documents And Construction Works At The Junction Of Neighboring Contracts, And Close Cooperation With The Consultants Teams Supervising Neighboring Investments - As A Result Of Which The Consultant Will Be Obliged To Develop The Principles And Method Of Proper Execution Of The Contractors Documents And Construction Works. If Necessary, The Ordering Party Will Appoint The Lead Consultant Handling The Matter Of Coordination Between The Projects, I) To Coordinate Activities And Supervise The Work Performed By Designers Who Exercise Authors Supervision Over The Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Design Documentation.
