Roundabout Construction Work – Development Of Technical Project And Execution Of Works For The Bucharest Beltway Motorway, Km 0+000 – Km 100+900, North Belt Sector Km 0+000 - 52+770 (Ensuring All Traffic Relations In The Road Junction On Dn7 (Km 9+400) With The A0 Motorway). The Object Of The Contract Is The Development Of The Technical Project And Execution Of Works For The Bucharest Ring Motorway, Km 0+000 – Km 100+900, North Ring Sector Km 0+000 - 52+770 (Ensuring All Traffic Relations In The Road Junction On Dn7 (Km 9+400) With The A0 Motorway), In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Works Contract. In Accordance With The Contractual Provisions, Respectively Of H.G. No. 1/2018, The Possible Changes That May Occur During The Period Of The Contract, Refer To The Following, Without Being Limited To Them: 1. Changes Of The Contracting Parties, Including The Replacement Of The Contractor With A New Contractor Under The Conditions Stipulated In Art. 221 Para. (1) Lit. D), Point (Ii); 2. Changing The Name And/Or Form Of The Company, Changes That Do Not Involve The Creation Of A New Legal Entity; 3. Modifications Resulting From The Adaptation Of The Technical Execution Project To The Reality On The Ground, Including Changes In Specific Technical Solutions; 4. Changes Resulting From Changes/Adaptations Of The Elevations, Positions And/Or Dimensions Of Some Works As A Result Of The Situation In The Field; 5. Changes Generated By The Requirements Of The Environmental Authorities; 6. Changes Resulting From The Need To Move/Relocate Objects Located On/In The Ground/Basement; 7. Changes Generated By The Inclusion Of New Subcontractors/Suppliers/Subcontractors Of Subcontractors/Any Other Economic Operators And/Or Generated By The Replacement Of Subcontractors/Suppliers/Subcontractors Of Subcontractors/Any Other Initial Economic Operators, Which Will Be Carried Out According To The Corresponding Clause In The General Conditions Of The Contract; 8. Changes Generated By The Change Of Key Personnel/Other Personnel, Which Will Be Carried Out According To The Corresponding Clause In The General Conditions Of The Contract; 9. Changes To The Expropriation Corridor/Corridor That Lead To The Need To Carry Out Additional Works And/Or To Abandon The Carrying Out Of Some Existing Works In The Contract; 10. Changes Generated By Agreements, Conventions, Understandings Of The State/Local Authorities With Other States; 11. Legislative Changes Or Technical Rules/Status/Normatives/Standards, During The Course Of The Contract, Which Will Be Carried Out According To The Corresponding Clause In The General Conditions Of The Contract, In Compliance With The Provisions Of Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions; 12. Extension Of The Execution Period Based On The Contractual Mechanism Provided For In Clause 35 [Extension Of The Execution Period] Of The General Conditions Without Prejudice To The Beneficiarys Right To Apply To The Contractor The Penalties And/Or Sanctions Provided For In The Contract; 13. Changes Resulting From The Implementation Of Requests From Various Institutions/Authorities/Entities That Have Powers Related To The Investment Objective (For Example: Ministries, Jaspers, Central And/Or Local Authorities/Institutions, Certified Verifiers, Bodies
