System And Support Services – Purchase Of Temporary Licenses In The Subscription Model Of The Xdr Security It System For A Period Of 36 Months. 1. Subject Of The Order: 1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide The Agency For Restructuring And Modernization Of Agriculture (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ordering Party) By The Contractor With The Right To Use The Software Implementing The Xdr Protection Function Indicated In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu), Constituting Annex No. 8.1. To Swz - On A Subscription Basis, Including: 1.1.1. The Right To Use The Software In Its Current Version, Including All Software Updates, Under The Conditions Specified In The Ppu And The General Terms And Conditions Of The Software Manufacturer. 1.1.2. The Possibility Of Using Software Support Under The Terms Specified In The Ppu And The General Terms And Conditions Of The Software Manufacturer. 1.2. The Subscription Will Be Valid For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Indicated In The Certificate Receipt Protocol Referred To In § 4 Section 1 Ppu, But Not Earlier Than September 30, 2026 (The Day Following The Expiry Of The Software Subscription Purchased By The Ordering Party Under A Separate Agreement In Force Before The Conclusion Of The Agreement), While Maintaining Business Continuity. 1.3. In Order To Confirm The Authorization To Use The Subscription, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Certificate Confirming The Ordering Partys Right To Use The Software And Indicating The Validity Period Of The Subscription, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Ppu And The General License Conditions Of The Software Manufacturer. 2. The Ordering Party Allows The Contractors To Offer A Solution Equivalent To That Indicated In Point 1 Above, Meeting The Following Requirements. Contractor: 2.1. Will Deliver, Configure And Launch And Provide The Ordering Party With The Ability To Use The Software, In Accordance With The Specification Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu-R), Constituting Annex No. 8.2 To The Swz, Including: 2.1.1. Will Provide The Equipment Required For The Proper Operation Of The Offered Software (In The Case Of Virtualization, It Will Also Provide Licenses For Virtualization, System And Database Software, If Required By The Manufacturer Of The Offered Solution); 2.1.2. Will Carry Out The Implementation On The Hardware And Application Platform At The Ordering Partys Location In Accordance With The Terms Of Ppu-R, Including Agreeing With The Ordering Party On The Implementation Schedule, Preparing And Delivering The Technical Design, Acceptance Test Plan And Post-Implementation Documentation In Electronic Form; 2.1.3. Will Transfer (Migrate) To The Software The Data Contained In The System Used By The Ordering Party Until The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement, Including In Particular: Defined Playbooks/Workflows, Integration Configurations, Defined Resources (Assets) And Their Groups And Classifications, Automation/Task Schedules, Templates And Reports, As Well As User Accounts With Roles And Permissions; 2.1.4. Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Right To Use The Subscription, Including: 2.1.4.1. The Right To Use The Software In Its Current State
