The Result Of The Public Contract Will Be The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement Between The Contracting Authority And One Selected Supplier. On The Basis Of This Framework Agreement, Individual Purchase Contracts Will Subsequently Be Concluded (In The Form Of Orders From The Contracting Authority Confirmed By The Supplier) With The Above-Mentioned Subject Of Performance. The Above Estimated Quantity Is Indicative, The Actual Quantity For The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Will Be Ordered According To The Clients Current Needs. The Purpose Of Using Toel Will Be As A Fuel For Heat Production - The Client Uses An Oil Burner B40a-2.2H, 95-350 Kw, Manufacturer Bentone, Control Lmo24 For Combustion. The Client Defines The Condition That Its Existing Burners Will Not Be Destroyed By Unsuitable Oil For This Type Of Burners For The Duration Of The Deliveries.
