The Subject Of The Award In Operating Unit (Be) 10.11 - Lot 11.1 Stable Equipment Includes The Following In Total: Lot 1 Manure Removal, Floor Covering. What Is Required Is The Complete Construction Site Setup As Well As The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of Manure Removal Scraper Systems For The Feeding Aisle And The Run Of A Dry Cow Stable, Including The Necessary Drives, Controls, Guides And Safety Devices. Furthermore, A Resilient, Non-Slip Rubber Walkway Surface Must Be Supplied In The Feeding Aisle And Installed Professionally. The Bidder Must Submit The Technical Design, Planning And Execution Documents, Information On Energy Requirements And The Necessary Evidence Of Animal Welfare, Freedom From Pollutants And Sustainability. Assembly, Employee Training, Technical Documentation, Maintenance And Services, Including Defined Response Times In The Event Of Malfunctions, Are Also Expected. The Respective Services Of The Lots Are Advertised In Independent Procurement Procedures. Bidders Can Submit Lots With An Offer. The Service Specifications Are To Be Understood As A Functional Tender. Fully Functional Technical Equipment And Systems Are Expected In Accordance With The Present Descriptions. All Services Are To Be Offered As A Complete Service (Delivery And Assembly). If Bidders Discover Incompleteness, Contradictions Or Ambiguities In The Tender Documents, They Are Obliged To Inform The Client Immediately And At The Latest By The End Of The Deadline For Submitting Bidder Questions. The Client Will Check The Information Received And, If Necessary, Supplement Or Correct The Tender Documents Uniformly For All Bidders By Answering The Bidders Questions (Section 15 Para. 3 Vgv).
