Tenders are invited for Design, Supply & Installation, Commissioning and Handover of the Extension and Upgrade of Songo 220/400 kV Substation and Matambo 400 kV Substation The Electricidade de Moçambique now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Design, Supply & Installation, Commissioning and Handover of the Extension and Upgrade of Songo 220/400KV Substation and Matambo 400KV Substation The overall scope supply and services comprises the following: a) Extension of the Existing 400/220KV Songo Substation Extension of the existing 220KV Double Busbar; Construction of 220/400kV transformer bay; Design, supply and Installation of one (1) set of three (3) 1-ph 400/220/33 kV 650 MVA (3x217 MVA) Autotransformers Construction of One 400 kV bay for transformer and OHL for interconnection with Matambo substation; Supply of 33 kV, 65 MVAr shunt reactor. b) Extension of existing 400 kV Matambo Substation with one (1) OHL bay Construction of a new 400 kV incoming line bay for line from Songo Substation; Design, Supply and Installation of Shunt Reactor 400KV, 100MVAr c) Rehabilitation of Matambo 220/66 KV substation Replacement of BCU Update of SCADA System Replacement of CTs Upgrade of 220 KV Busbar Protection All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 500,000.00 USD.
