Request for Proposal for Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Support (Min. Of Financial Services & Commerce This Request Is An Invitation By The Cayman Islands Government (Cig), Acting Through The Ministry Of Financial Services And Commerce (Mfsc), To Prospective Bidders To Submit Proposals For The Provision Of Communication And Stakeholder Engagement Support To The Office For Strategic Action On Illicit Finance (Osaif). The Services Are Intended To Support Osaif In Delivering A Coordinated Communication, Engagement, Training And Events Programme Connected To The Cayman Islands Preparation For Its 5Th Round Mutual Evaluation. The Successful Bidder Will Assist Osaif To Plan, Organise, Run And Document Training Events, Workshops And Stakeholder Engagements. Some Activities May Involve Multiple Members Of The Inter-Agency Coordination Committee (Iacc), Other Competent Authorities, Supervisory Authorities, Law Enforcement Authorities, Public Bodies, Industry Representatives, Civil Society Stakeholders And Other Approved Participants.
