The Subject Of The Order Includes The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Brine Graduation Tower With Land Development And Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1. Development Of Comprehensive Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Brine Graduation Tower With Accompanying Small Architecture And Land Development.2. Construction Of A Brine Graduation Tower With All Accompanying Infrastructure, Small Architecture, Landscaping And Irrigation System For Planted Plants.3. Construction Of A Sidewalk Leading From The Crossing Along The Bzura River To Ul. 1 Maja Made Of Paving Stones.4. Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Opinions, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions Required By Law (Including A Building Permit Or Effective Notification Of Construction Works).5. Maintenance Of The Plants Planted Around The Graduation Towers For A Period Of Two Years From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol, In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 1 To This Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In Which The Material Scope Is Described In Detail. The Functional And Utility Program (Appendix No. 1) Will Determine All Requirements Regarding Design Documentation, As Well As The Correct Implementation Of The Task In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. The Offer Should Include The Total Amount Covering The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including Plant Care, Within A Period Of Two Years From The Final Acceptance.
