The Subject Of The Order, In Addition To The Works Specified In The Bill Of Quantities, Includes The Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, Storage And Export To Legal Landfill For Demolition Materials And Rubble (Documented With An Appropriate Certificate), In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587). The Ordering Party Requests That All Built-In Materials And Devices Used In The Execution Of The Order: - Meet The Requirements For Products Permitted For Trading And General Or Individual Use In Construction Specified In The Construction Law - Are Brand New And Of High Quality - Have Warranty Documents, If They Are Covered By The Manufacturers Warranty. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Acceptance Partial Works And Partial Payments, At The Contractors Request Specified In The Form, In Accordance With The Following Rules: A) Partial Acceptance May Cover The Completed Part Of The Works Constituting The Technological Whole. B) The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Payment For Each Part Of The Works (As In Point A) Or Jointly For Several Parts; C) Partial Acceptance Cannot Be The Delivery Of Materials. 101 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Products. All Products From Specific Manufacturers Or Standards Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Products Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order.
