The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Under The Legnica Citizens Budget Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Interior Of The Yard At Ul. Fredry, Batorego, Głowackiego And Chojnowska In Legnica (Lbo). The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of The Interior Of The Yard Located Within The Quarter Of The Streets: Aleksandra Fredry, Stefana Batorego, Bartosza Głowackiego And Chojnowska In Legnica, On Plot No. 397/25, Fabryczna District. The Aim Of The Investment Is To Revitalize And Tidy Up The Area, Preserving The Existing High Greenery, Increasing The Biologically Active Area, Using Permeable Surfaces And Implementing New Plantings And Elements Of Small Architecture In Order To Improve The Functionality, Aesthetics And Conditions Of Use Of The Area By Residents. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1) Revitalization Of The Existing Greenery, With Particular Emphasis On High Greenery; 2) Recultivation Of The Area For Planting Greenery, Including The Demolition Of Existing Development Elements, Including: Walls, Posts And Concrete Surfaces;3) Construction Of New Plantings Of Trees, Shrubs And Cover Plants As Well As Lawns;4) Construction Of Communication Paths From A Mineral Surface With Edges Made Of Granite Cubes;5) Construction Of A Geogrid Surface With Filling, Intended For Parking Spaces And A Place For Collecting And Collecting Waste;6) Delivery And Installation Of Small Architecture Elements, Including: - Solar Lamps, - Lawn Barriers, - Benches, - Board Information. Pursuant To Art. 100 Paragraph 1 Of The Act Of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law, The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Requirements Regarding Accessibility For People With Disabilities And Design For All Users. The Investment Includes The Construction Of 10 Parking Spaces, Including 8 Parking Spaces With A Geogrid Surface With Filling And 2 Parking Spaces Intended For People With Disabilities, Made Of Concrete Slabs, In Accordance With The Documentation Design. In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To Manufacture And Install, In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, A Double-Sided, Round Information Board With A Diameter Of 50 Cm, Made Of Dibond Board Intended For Outdoor Use, Protected With A Uv-Resistant Laminate, Containing The Logo Of The Legnica Citizens Budget 2026.
