The Subject Of The Order Is Construction And Renovation Works, Thermal Modernization Works, Roofing Works And The Implementation Of A Lightning Protection Installation In The Facility Of The Health Care Complex Clinic In Lidzbark Warmiński.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Demolition And Disassembly Of The Existing Terrace Structure, Roofing Made Of Asbestos-Cement Boards, Balustrades, As Well As Removal And Disposal Of Rubble, Scrap And Roofing Felt; 2) Implementation Of Moisture-Proof Insulation And Thermal Modernization Of Foundation And Basement Walls, Including Plasters And Silicone Painting; 3) Reconstruction Of The Technical Entrance, Ramp And Stairs, Including The Construction Of Benches, Block Walls, And Installation Of Steel Doors Insulated, Steps Made Of Paving Stones And An Absorbent Well;4) Reconstruction And Construction Of A New Road Surface Around The Building (Sand Base, Concrete Footings With Resistance, Curbs, Edges And A Surface Made Of Paving Stones;5) Covering The Roofs With Single-Layer Thermally Weldable Felt And Roofing Works;6) Comprehensive Dismantling Of The Existing Building And Installation Of A New Lightning Protection System.3. The Offer Price Should Include All Necessary Protection Of Work Sites Against Unauthorized Persons.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform Construction Works Not Covered By The Contract If They Prove Necessary For The Safety Of The Facility Or Protection Against Failure Based On An Entry In The Construction Log And A Necessity Report Approved By The Supervision Inspector And The Employer.5. The Project, Together With The Opinions, Arrangements And Permits Required By Detailed Regulations, Constitute The Preparation Of The Technical And Formal Basis For The Implementation Of The Investment.6. The Ordering Party Recommends That The Contractor, Before Preparing The Offer, Conducts A Local Inspection Of The Construction Site And Its Surroundings At His Own Expense, And Also Obtains, On His Own Responsibility And Risk, Any Additional Information That May Be Necessary To Prepare The Offer, Conclude The Contract And Perform The Order.7. The Ordering Party Informs That Submitting An Offer Does Not Have To Be Preceded By An On-Site Visit Or Checking The Documents Relating To The Order At The Ordering Partys Disposal.8. The Ordering Party Determines That The Applicable Type Of Remuneration Will Be A Lump Sum Remuneration. The Attached Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constitute The Basis For Preparing A Price Offer.
