Daszyńskiego 10 M. 3 In Konstantynów Łódzki.2. The Material Scope Of The Order Specified In Point 1 Includes In Particular: Part 1 Of The Order: − Demolition Works, − Construction Of New Partition Walls, − Installation Of New Floor Layers, − Installation Of Moisture-Proof Insulation, − Installation Of Horizontal Crystalline Injection, − Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery, − Implementation Of New Water Supply Installations, − Implementation Of New Sanitary Sewage Installations Using The Existing Dn110 Connection Located In The Building, − Implementation Of A New Electrical Installation Along With Switchgear, − Execution Of Ventilation And Air Conditioning With Heating Function, − Execution Of Finishing Works And Installation Of Sanitary Equipment, − Execution, Delivery And Installation Of An Information Board Regarding Co-Financing Of The Task.3. The Detailed Scope Of Works And The Method Of Their Implementation Are Specified In The Design Documentation And Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Specification Of Terms Of Contract (Swz), Which Constitute An Integral Part Of This Contract, Taking Into Account Explanations And Changes Made By The Ordering Party During The Public Procurement Procedure - If Any.4. The Contractors Remuneration Is A Lump Sum, Which Is The Equivalent Of The Contractors Benefit Described In The Design Documentation Indicated In Point 3 And In Stwiorb. 5. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature, Which Means That If A Given Type Of Works Or Their Measurements Or Their Scope Has Been Included In The Design Documentation Or In The Stwiorb - The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Type Of Works, Their Measurements Or Their Scope Indicated Therein In Accordance With The Design Documentation Or The Stwiorb As Part Of A Lump Sum Remuneration, Even If The Given Type Of Works Or Their Measurements Or Their Scope Has Not Been Included In The Bill Of Quantities.6. All Works Performed And Materials Delivered Will Be Consistent With The Design Documentation And Stwiorb. If The Materials Or Works Are Not Fully Compliant With The Design Documentation Or Stwiorb And This Results In Unsatisfactory Quality Of Construction Works, Such Materials Will Be Replaced With Other Ones, And The Completed Elements Will Be Dismantled And Re-Made At The Contractors Expense.7. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Stwiorb And Applicable Law, Construction Practice, Technical Knowledge, The Contract Concluded With The Ordering Party, And The Arrangements With The Ordering Party Made During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract.8.
