The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Renovation And Adaptation Works In The Building Of The Volunteer Fire Department Fire Station In Mizerna, Mizerna 144, In Order To Create The Active Senior Club For 20 Participants. The Order Includes Construction Works, Including Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of The Device, Performed In An Existing Facility.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: Adaptation Of The Entrance To The Building And Construction Of A Threshold-Free Access Made Of Paving Stones; Complete Reconstruction Of The Ground Floor Sanitary Facility For People With Disabilities, Including Sanitary, Electrical, Ventilation And Equipment Installations; Replacement Of Two Sets Of External Aluminum Doors With Thresholdless Ones Along With The Necessary Lintels And Flashings; Renovation Of Two Rooms Of The Senior Club On The First Floor, Including, Among Others: Floors, Painting, Protective Paneling And Plasterboard Casings; As Well As Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning And Approval For Operation By The Office Of Technical Inspection Of An Internal Stair Platform For A Wheelchair User. All Elements Must Be Constructed As One Complete, Safe And Functional Scope.3.
