The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Disposable Medical Devices, Small Reusable Equipment And Sterilization Materials In The Range And Quantities Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Idw - Assortment And Quantity Form.2. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Listed In The Assortment And Quantity Form, Be Brand New And Ready For Use As Intended Without Making Additional Purchases.3. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Authorized For Trading And Use, In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard, In Particular: The Act On Medical Devices Of April 7, 2022 And The Regulations Of The European Parliament And Of The Council (Eu) On Medical Devices (Applies To Medical Devices) Or Other Legal Regulations Depending On The Classification Of Products.
