The Subject Of This Order Is A Tree Management Project Including A Detailed Dendrological Inventory Of The Park - Renardów Park In Strzelce Opolskie Implemented As Part Of The Project Green And Historic Strzelce Opolskie - Revitalization Of Urban Areas, Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The European Fund For Opole 2021-2027. The Historic Park Is Located On An Area Of 65 Ha And Is Entered In The Register Monuments At No. 104/84.I. In Terms Of Detailed Tree Inventory: 1. The Order Covering The Preparation Of A Detailed Inventory Of The Historic Renard Park In Strzelce Opolskie Should Consist Of A Text And Graphic Part.A. The Text Part Of The Inventory Should Contain:• Preliminary Information, I.E.: Name And Address Of The Facility, Contractors Details, Formal Basis For The Study, Determination Of The Legal Status Of The Facility, Specification Of The Purpose And Scope Of The Study, Date Or Period Of Completion, Information On The Restrictions Occurring In The Facility, Archival Materials And The Number Of Copies Of Documentation Made And The Place Of Its Storage;• Description Containing The Approximate Percentage Of Individual Species In The Old-Growth Forest And An Indication Of The Species Creating Historical Compositional Arrangements (E.G. Avenues, Rows, Flower Beds, Others);• List Of Trees Of Sizes Qualifying Them To Be Recognized As A Natural Monument;• Description Of The Parks Undergrowth With An Indication Of Their Origin (Natural, Artificial);• Characteristics Of The Health Condition, With Particular Emphasis On Old Trees;• List Of Trees That Should Be Subjected To Advanced Instrumental Diagnostics;• Inventory Table Containing Data: Serial Number Of A Tree, Shrub, Group Of Shrubs, Group Of Self-Seeding Plants, As Well As Carp After Removed Trees, Polish Species Name And Latin, Trunk Circumference At A Height Of 130 Cm From The Base, Trunk Circumference At A Height Of 5 Cm In The Case Of Trees For Which Removal Is Not Required To Obtain A Permit, Diameter Of The Tree Crown (Indicative), Height Of The Tree/Shrub (Indicative), Information On Collisions, Size Of The Bush Surface, Comments On Previous Care Treatments, Traces Of Forming Cuts, Description Of The Phytosanitary Status In Accordance With The Table Included In The Guidelines Recommended By The General Conservator Of Monuments Entitled: Recommendations For The Inventory Of Plant Cover In Parks, Gardens And Other Forms Of Designed Greenery Entered In The Register Of Monuments, In Accordance With The Tree Inspection And Diagnostics Standard Siidd.B. Graphic Part Of The Inventory:• The Inventory Should Be Prepared On A Basic Map In Accordance With The Guidelines Recommended By The General Conservator Of Monuments Entitled: Recommendations For Preparing A Basic Map For The Purposes Of Developing Study And Design Documentation In The Field Of Conservation And Restoration Of Parks, Gardens And Other Forms Of Designed Greenery Entered In The Register Of Monuments;•
