1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Van Passenger Car, Designed To Transport 9 People Including The Driver, Complete, Free From Construction, Material And Workmanship Defects, Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.2 The Vehicle Must Be Approved For Traffic In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, Have Approval Appropriate For The Offered Vehicle And All Documents Necessary For The First Registration By The Ordering Party.3 The Minimum Technical And Functional Parameters And Equipment Specified In The Opz (Appendix No. 5 To The Swz) Are The Minimum Requirements. The Contractor May Offer Better Parameters, As Long As They Do Not Conflict With Other Swz Requirements.
