Tenders Are Invited For Delivery And Installation Of An Angular Head For Aviation Refueling

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of An Angular/Adjustable Head For Refueling Aviation Technology With A Covered (Pressurized) System In Fuel Dispenser Tanks. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 2.1. Guaranteed Purchase 10 Pcs. Angular/Adjustable Heads - Delivery With Assembly2.2. Purchase Option 9 Pcs. Angular/Adjustable Heads - Delivery Only 3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To The Option Of Purchasing Additional 9 (Nine) Angular/Adjustable Heads For Refueling Aviation Technology With A Covered (Pressurized) System, Including Only Their Delivery To The Ordering Partys Headquarters Without Assembly Services. 4. The Ordering Party Has Specified In The Price Form The Quantities Of Deliveries That The Contractor Is To Unconditionally Perform Under This Procedure.5. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law Provides For The Possibility Of Applying The Option Law.6. If, During The Execution Of The Order, It Turns Out That The Ordering Party Has Financial Resources And The Need To Order A Larger Number Of Supplies Than Those Provided For In The Basic Scope Of The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option And Order Additional Deliveries, Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Concluded Contract, For Which The Contractor Will Be Entitled To A Separate Remuneration.7. If An Additional Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order Is Ordered (Delivery Without Assembly), Settlement Will Be Based On The Unit Prices Included In The Price Form Of The Selected Contractor And The Concluded Contract. 8. The Option Right May Only Be Used If The Basic Order Is 100% Completed.9. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Part Of The Order Defined As An Option Right Is An Entitlement And Not An Obligation Of The Ordering Party. The Option May Or May Not Be Exercised, Depending On The Ordering Partys Needs And As A Result Of Its Instructions In This Regard.
