1) Part I Includes - Purchase Of An Agricultural Tractor As Part Of The Task Purchase Of Vehicles Over 3.5T To Perform Tasks In The Field Of Olioc. As Part Of Part I, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Following Equipment: 1 Piece Of A Brand New Agricultural Tractor, Complete, Free From Defects, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2026 And Meeting The Requirements Of Applicable Regulations Regarding Admission To Road Traffic. Internal Combustion Engine With A Capacity Of At Least 4.5 L, Powered By Oil. Drive, With A Rated Power Of At Least: 110 Hp. The Tractor Must Be Equipped With A Brand New Front Loader Compatible With The Offered Tractor./ A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Opz - Annex No. 6A For Part I To Swz/Applies To Both Parts: The Equipment Must Have The Approvals And Certificates Required By Law And Should Not Require Any Additional Expenditure And Be Ready For Work. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver And Unload The Subject Of The Order To Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Mykanów Commune. In Addition, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Conduct Training In The Basic Operation Of The Machine. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: Minimum Technical And Operational Requirements Are Described In Annex No. 6A And 6B To The Swz. The Contractor Must Confirm Compliance With The Minimum Technical And Operational Parameters By Completing Annex No. 1A For Part I And Annex 1B For Part Ii To The Swz. Attached To The Offer. When Preparing The Offer, The Contractor Should Also Read The Answers To The Questions Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz For Both Parts. The Delivered Subject Of The Contract Should Be Brand New, Unused, And In Accordance With The Submitted Offer. Complete, Fully Operational, Free From Material And Manufacturing Defects And Meet The Quality Requirements Specified By The Manufacturer Of A Given Product And The Ordering Party, As Well As Guarantee Safety, Functionality And Reliability Of Use Within The Scope Of Its Intended Use. The Subject Of The Order Offered By The Contractor Is To Meet The Requirements Specified In The Swz Documentation. All Trademarks, Patents Or Origins Indicated In The Swz Documentation Should Be Treated As Examples And Such Indications Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.
