The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of A Comprehensive Development At Level P-1, Called The Gallery, With An Area Of ​​Approximately 3,200 M2, In Accordance With The Design Presented By The Contractor, Including The Arrangement Of 120 Exhibition Stands For Food Producers And An Area Intended For Official Opening Near The Exhibition Stands; 2) Arrangement Of The Hall/Foyer On The P0 Level With An Area Of ​​Approx. 640 M2 And Provision Of Music For The Entire Duration Of The Event; 3) Preparation Of A Comprehensive Development Of The Canteen Room On The P1 Level With An Area Of ​​Approx. 950 M2, Including The Preparation Of 16 Exhibition Stands For Rural Womens Groups And Associations, As Well As 5 Stands For Conducting Workshops/Culinary Shows For Approx. 40 People. Preparation Of Tasting Zones With Staff Of Min. 3 People Constantly Taking Care Of Order And Cleanliness;4) Preparation Of Comprehensive Development On The P2 Level, Including The Arrangement Of An Area Of Approx. 1,700 M² In The Hall/Foyer And Preparation Of Exhibition Stands For 28 Food Producers, As Well As The Arrangement Of Three Rooms In The Conference Center With A Total Area Of Approx. 1,281 M² And The Corridor Leading To Them;5) Assembly And Disassembly Of Construction Elements And Arrangement, As Well As Technical Service Space Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Event; 6) Additional Obligations Of The Contractor - Preparing And Ensuring Activities In Accordance With Applicable Legal Requirements Or Regulations Or Permits For The Entire Duration Of The Event Called The #Kupujconsciously Polish Food Festival, In The Areas Covered By Its Implementation, Throughout Its Duration, I.E. On September 17-21, 2026, On The Premises Of Pge Narodowy In Warsaw, Under The Conditions Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Agreement Entitled Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Contractors Offer And The Development Design.
