1) Part I Includes: Task: Purchase Of 5 Pieces Of Power Generators As Part Of The Task Purchase Of Equipment To Carry Out Tasks In The Field Of Olioc. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Following Equipment:• 4 Pieces Of Power Generators With Transport Trailers. The Equipment Should Have The Approvals And Certificates Required By Law And Do Not Require Any Additional Expenditure And Be Ready For Work. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver And Unload The Subject Of The Order To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Commune. Mykanów. In Addition, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Conduct Training In The Basic Operation Of The Machine. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Opz - Annex No. 6 For Part I; Ii; Iii To Swzdescription Of The Subject Of The Order: Minimum Technical And Operational Requirements Are Described In Annex No. 6 To Swz. The Contractor Must Confirm Compliance With The Minimum Technical And Operational Parameters By Completing Annex No. 1A For Part I, Annex No. 1B For Part Ii, Annex No. 1C For Part Iii Of The Swz, Which Is An Attachment To The Offer; The Contractor Is Obliged To Read The Answers To The Questions In Annex No. 7 To Swz. For All Parts Of The Three Parts, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Order In Accordance With Applicable Law, The Ordering Partys Requirements Contained In The Order Documents And In Accordance With The Submitted Offer, In Particular With Due Care, Safety, Good Quality, Proper Organization And The Provisions Of The Concluded Contract. The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Contract Should Be Brand New, Unused, First Quality, Complete, Fully Functional, Free From Material And Manufacturing Defects And Meet The Quality Requirements Specified By The Manufacturer Of The Given Product And The Ordering Party, As Well As Guarantee Safety, Functionality And Reliability Of Use Within The Scope Of Its Intended Use. The Subject Matter Of The Contract Offered By The Contractor Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Swz. All Trademarks, Patents Or Origins Indicated In The Swz Documentation Should Be Treated As Examples And Such Indications Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. 4. A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Prove In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5.
