The Contract Comprises The Works Required For The Renovation Of The Pontoons Of The Eläintarhanlahti Marina, To The Extent Indicated In The Contract Documents, In Accordance With The Tender Documents, With All Related Works And Purchases Fully Completed. The Developer Is The Public Areas Service Of The City Of Helsinkis Urban Environment Department, Which Also Acts As A Customer In Accordance With Yse 98. The Works According To The Contract Documents Must Be Ready And Received By Both The Authorities And The Inspections Required By The Inspecting Institutes Held As Approved On 31 December 2026. The Form Of The Contract Is A Total Contract, Where The Contractor Selected For The Work Acts As The Main Contractor Acting As The Main Contractor As Intended By Yse And The Legislation. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Site Management Duties And Site Services. The Work Is Done As A Total Price Contract. The Work Site Is Implemented In Its Entirety As A Low-Emission Construction Site. The Amounts Presented In The Plans Are Not Binding On The Customer. In Terms Of Overall Economy, The Offer That Is The Cheapest In Price Among The Offers That Meet The Requirements For The Suitability Of The Provider Set By The Developer Is The Most Affordable. The Contractor Who Has A Contractual Relationship With The Customer Has The Right To Further Subcontract/Subcontract The Work. Chaining The Procurement/Contract Beyond This Is Not Possible Without A Particularly Well-Founded Reason, And The Customers/Builders Written Consent Must Be Obtained.
