Tenders Are Invited For Overhaul Of Pohjoisranta Venesatama Pier Pontoons

The Contract Comprises The Work Required For The Construction Of The Pohjoisranta Marinas Pier Pontoon Renovation Project, To The Extent Indicated In The Contract Documents, In Accordance With The Tender Documents, With All Related Work And Procurement Fully Completed. The Builder Is The Public Areas Service Of The City Of Helsinkis Urban Environment Department, Which Also Acts As A Customer In Accordance With Yse 98. The Work According To The Contract Documents Must Be Ready And Received By Both The Authorities And The Inspections Required By The Inspecting Institutions Held As Approved On May 1, 2027. The Form Of Contract Is A Total Contract, In Which The Contractor Selected For The Work Acts As The Main Contractor Acting As The Main Contractor As Intended By Yse And The Legislation. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Site Management Duties And Site Services. The Work Is Done As A Total Price Contract. The Work Site Is Implemented In Its Entirety As A Low-Emission Site, The Requirements Of Which Can Be Found In The Contract Program. The Amounts Presented In The Plans Are Not Binding On The Customer. In Terms Of Overall Economy, The Offer That Is The Cheapest In Price Among The Offers That Meet The Requirements For The Suitability Of The Provider Set By The Developer Is The Most Affordable. The Contractor Who Has A Contractual Relationship With The Customer Has The Right To Further Subcontract/Subcontract The Work. Chaining The Procurement/Contract Beyond This Is Not Possible Without A Particularly Well-Founded Reason, And The Customers/Builders Written Consent Must Be Obtained.
