The Object Of The Procurement Is The Land Construction Contract For Phase 1 Of The Vihkosaari Swimming Beach Renovation In The Municipality Of Ii. The Contract Includes The Land Construction Works According To The Tender Documents, Which Include, Among Other Things, The Removal Of Existing Structures And Topsoil, Earth Cutting And Filling Work, Construction Of Structural Layers, Drum And Storm Water Structures, Construction Of Growing Platforms And Planting Pits, Grassing, And The List Of Quantities And Unit Prices Indicated As Belonging To This Contract Equipment And Furniture Installation Work. The Structural Layers Of The Asphalt And Gravel Areas Are Built In This Contract Up To The Top Surface Of The Load-Bearing Layer. Asphalt, Stone And Other Surface Structures That Are Excluded From The Contract In The Tender Documents Are Not Included In The Procurement. The Contract Is Implemented As A Unit Price-Based Overall Contract. The Final Contract Price Is Determined Based On The Realized Quantities And The Unit Prices Stated By The Contractor In His Offer.
